### Does Local Line charge transaction fees or commissions?  
No. Local Line charges a flat monthly subscription. You keep 100% of your revenue. The only per-transaction costs are standard payment processing fees (credit card and ACH), which are clearly listed for each plan. No hidden fees, ever.

### Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card to start?  
Yes. Every plan includes a free 7-day trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period. If you decide Local Line isn’t for you, you won’t be charged a thing.

### Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?  
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

### What currency are prices listed in?  
All prices on this page are in USD. Local Line supports multi-currency billing in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and more. Your invoice currency is set during onboarding based on your location.

### Are there setup fees or migration costs?  
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no migration costs. Our team will transfer your customer records, order history, product listings, and delivery zones from any platform — including Barn2Door, GrazeCart, CSAware, and Local Food Marketplace — for free.

### What payment processing rates do you charge?  
Online credit card rates are 2.9% + $0.30 on Core, 2.7% + $0.30 on Premium, and 2.5% + $0.30 on Ultimate. ACH bank transfers are 1% across all plans. Vendor payouts are 0.5% per payout on all plans. These are the only per-transaction costs — no commissions on top.
